The near Monte
Argegna (10 minutes distance by car) with its wide
fields and the sanctuary, is a resort not only
for environmentalists and pilgrims but even for those
people who want to rediscover our history. Here it is
possible to admire the area tea, an archeological area
where there is an old hospital, a natural shelter for
the pilgrims that went trhough the Via Francigena.
The natural park of the Alpi Apuane with its
peaks, quarries and caves, represents a mandatory stops
for the lovers of caves and climbing but even for those
who want to admire the beauty of incomparable natural
phenomena.
